Can I cancel an order after it has been processed?

 

No, it is important to understand that orders can NOT be cancelled or modified to reduce part quantities or part numbers. Once a parts or accessory order is placed it will arrive and our return policy goes into effect.

 

Are all parts and accessories returnable?

 

No, all controlled parts, oils/chemicals, bare engine assemblies, tools, printed materials, merchandising aids, hazmat parts, and special order parts are non-returnable. Controlled parts are those requiring the manufacturer to track the vehicles on which the parts are installed. Typical controlled parts include: emission parts, air bags, seatbelts, glass, sheet metal, trim, electronics, etc.

 

Can I return my part or accessory at any time?

 

No, Roush Ford will not accept returns 30 days after the original purchase date. It is important to understand that Roush Ford does NOT have a grace period on returns. All sales are final after 30 days.

 

Are returns subject to a restocking fee?

 

Yes, A 20% restocking fee will applicable to all returned parts. The restocking fee is incurred to accommodate credit card processing fees, shipping expenses back to the manufacturer, manufacturer fees, etc.

 

What if my box or package is damaged or open? Can I still return?
